Return and Refund Policy
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post or carrier. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please submit a request for a return authorization to email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New York at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of New York are not liable for sales tax.
We offer free 2 day insured shipping to any location in the U.S. We insure to protect your merchandise.
International Orders are shipped via Fedex. This offers tracking and approximately 5-10 days in transit. The price we quote will include insurance.
International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to MINTY nor are they set by CMINT, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by the local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur. Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
